Meet and Greet: Atlantic Harbor Seals
Join our trainers for an exclusive inside-the-exhibit visit with our Atlantic harbor seals! Participate in a training session where you will learn about their biology, their habitat, how we care for them, and the methods we use to communicate. You will have an opportunity to ask the harbor seals for behaviors and our trainers will answer any questions you might have.
Meet and Greet Details:
- Maximum of 4 guests.
- Children under the age of seven (7) are not allowed to participate in the activity and children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket to the activity.
- Program offered daily at 3:15 p.m.
- Program length is 30 minutes.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your program.
- Close toed shoes are required. The program includes kneeling to interact with animals. Guests should be able to kneel on a foam pad for 10-15 minutes.
- Program modifications are available to accommodate certain accessibility requests such as wheelchair access, sensory needs, mobility considerations, etc. Please list any program modification requests when booking the interaction.
- Pricing per person: $150 Non-Members (not including admission) / $135 Members
- Admission to the New England Aquarium is required to participate in the program.
Make Art with Atlantic Harbor Seals
Join our trainers for an exclusive inside-the-exhibit visit with our Atlantic harbor seals and receive a one-of-a-kind painting made by a seal during your visit! Choose up to four paint colors for a custom painting which will be yours to take home. In this session, you will also learn about the seals' biology, their habitat, how we care for and communicate with them.
